To obtain a Faculty Desk Copy of Clinical Guidelines in Family Practice, Fifth Edition (2013), it is necessary for the order to be pre-approved. A letter on University letterhead from the faculty member requesting the desk copy which states the copy is going to be used in the faculty member's class is required to be emailed to [email protected] for approval.
If orders are placed here that aren't approved, your money will be refunded and the book will not be delivered.
